CrossFit 1o1 Foundations

This program is required for anyone new to CrossFit or, who have had less than 6 months consistent training. We will teach you the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit in this order:

1. Air Squat,  2. Front Squat,  3. Overhead Squat
1. Strict Press,  2. Push Press,  3. Push Jerk
1. Deadlift,  2. Sumo Deadlift High Pull,  3. Med Ball Clean

Workout of the Day (WOD)

These are the day-to-day prescribed workouts of CrossFit. Each will include warm-up, mobility, practice, the WOD, and a cool down in that order. To register go to: IronHawk Crossfit's WOD
